Erin is our
go-to Art Director/Designer when we’re in need of any short or (especially)
long-term help here at the agency. The reasons for this are simple. She’s
excellent at Every. Aspect. Of. The. Job.
Firstly, Erin’s an active listener when it comes to briefs. A quick study on the nuts and bolts of a brief, she asks excellent strategic questions along the way. This, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the task.
Then she gets down to work. And what she comes back with are conceptual ideas that always reflect just how serious she is about doing high quality, original work. Her art direction choices and design skills are both superb.
And she believes in what she presents. Commitment to the project oozes out of every pore, in only the most positive ways. So that means she’s driven, and passionate about the work in a way that’s always respectful of everyone involved on the team. And because she’s been on a long-term contract here at our shop, I’ve also seen her in more than a few client presentations. All of these same skills are on display in that milieu.
